Laurent, the founder and owner of Agrosta, is graduated from a french engineering school. He became a specialist of materials and instruments after having worked on 3D carbon and composite structures for aerospace (Materials engineering), and for Schlumberger group in the field of electrical, water and gas meters (High precision instruments) He is now recognized as a world specialist of texture and firmness analyzis, having participated to hundreds of projects in the medical, veterinary, and agronomic research in more than 20 countries with several universities, governments and private companies

Agrosta Texture Analyzer is a versatile high precision texturometer. It is dedicated to soft materials, food, gels and gelatins, as well as pharmaceutical products.
